晶圆切片
请用晶圆盒、芯片盒、FOSB等寄送。
显微镜样品
对于需用镊子处理的显微镜小片样品，请用透明夹袋等寄送，以便从外部检查样品。
粉末状样品
请放入小瓶、药包纸、拉链袋等寄送。
其他注意事项
请标明待测表面。
请注意不要直接接触样品表面（测量表面）。
因暴露于空气而有可能变质的样品，请另行咨询。
易碎样品请用装有缓冲材料的纸板箱发送。
